My yoga is not so much about performing postures perfectly, but about promoting physical and mental health. . I respect the individual circumstances of all yogis. As we move in rhythm with our breathing, I attentively guide postures. At times we practice dynamic and powerful yang, at other times we return to calm yin – strengthening and stretching our muscles. Breathing exercises and meditation are part of every class. The goal is to move from the mind to the senses.

Tailored exactly to meet the needs of the athletes, I offer group courses for groups in Saas-Fee.
Yoga was originally taught between yoga teacher and yoga student on a 1:1 basis, because the person as an individual and his or her health is the focus of yoga practice. In private yoga classes, we address your exact needs, physical and mental conditions and create an individual practice for you. This way we find out together how yoga is particularly good for you. We will find YOUR yoga. Would you like a private class in your living room? I am also happy to come to your home.
In the small Valais towns of Visp and Brig and in Thun in Switzerland, I regularly offer yoga workshops in cozy yoga studios such as Netzwerk5zehn in Visp . Here you can take a little time out from everyday life, deepen your yoga practice, get inspired and broaden your horizons.

I regularly offer yoga weekends and yoga weeks in Saas-Fee, the picturesque, car-free power place in the Valais Alps, surrounded by 13 mountains over 4000 meters high.
